We are constructing a smart pharmacy system that has human-like avatar with which a user can communicate either by voice or chat. It relies on the Speech-to-Text, the NLP, and the LLM intent understanding to remove the names of medicine, dosage, and needs. The system is in contact with a backend API, verifies the Medicine Master Dataset, implements a rule-based safety engine, and permits orders. It can remind users on the expiration of medicines before they run out using user history and predictive analytics. A safe mock backend is in place to do updates to the database, webhook fulfilments, as well as SMS/WhatsApp confirmations. There is an administrative dashboard that displays inventory and alerts. It minimized human labor, enhancing workload, reduces cost, and provides dependable automation of pharmacy.
